Trailer Source Inc. Return & Refund Policy

At Trailer Source Inc., we work hard to ensure that every customer receives a high-quality product and a transparent buying experience. Our return and refund practices are outlined below and apply to all Trailer Source locations.

1. Vehicle Sales (RVs, Cargo Trailers, Utility Trailers, Motorized Units)

All vehicle sales are final.
Due to the nature of titling, registration, and manufacturer documentation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • New or used RVs

  • Cargo trailers

  • Utility trailers

  • Motorized units

  • Any titled or VIN-based product

If you experience an issue with a newly purchased unit, our Service Department is available to assist and guide you through any manufacturer warranty support.

2. Parts & Accessories

Returns

Trailer Source accepts returns on defective parts or accessories only.

To qualify:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt is required

Trailer Source does not accept returns on:

  • Installed parts

  • Electrical components

  • Special-order items

  • Non-defective products

  • Items damaged after purchase

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any parts or accessories. If a product is defective and meets return criteria, a refund will be issued.

3. Return Method & Fees

  • All returns must be completed in person at one of our Trailer Source locations

  • Trailer Source does not offer mail-in returns

  • Customers are responsible for transportation of items back to the dealership

  • No restocking fees apply to approved defective-item returns

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Many RV and trailer components are covered under manufacturer warranties.
Trailer Source will assist in processing warranty claims when applicable.

Warranty coverage, terms, and decisions are determined solely by the product manufacturer.
