I called late in the afternoon (ok, honestly ~ it was about 50 minutes before closing on Saturday) asking if anyone was available to check my tire pressure and look at my exterior speakers for a possible warranty covered replacement. I remind you, it is early evening ;) Saturday ~ moments before closing for the weekend and Josh tells me, "Bring it on in, we will see what we can do". Once there, I met with Austin who not only said, "Yes, we can take a look", but when I presented my secondary request of having it 'de-winterized'; expecting to receive a polite reply something like, "We can't fit you in this late" ~~ but what I received was a, "Our service department will knock the tire pressures, speaker troubleshooting AND de-winterize your RV". Now, having that told to me now just 20 minutes before close ~ I figured the next line would be, "Bring it back next week". But NO... what I was told was, "Pull it around back and we'll get this taking care of right away". We see 'Customer Service is our Specialty' or 'Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed' but I've found that is usually a slogan that isn't fulfilled. The whole experience was great. We first worked with Gerrard in Wheat Ridge who was very informative then found the same camper in Grand Junction where we live. After considerable research into the trailer I wanted and knowing I wanted a package not available in my state, I researched dealers from Texas to Minnesota looking for inventory and a good price. I was so happy to find Trailer Source and specifically Dan Zwisler. After initial contact, we were able to agree on the purchase amount and pick up date. Even though the dealership was over 1,000 miles from my home, it was still a bargain compared to local trailers that didn't meet my needs. When we arrived, everything was waiting for us and they even topped off our tanks so we could camp the whole way home. Especially happy with how the Service team supported us as we got everything dialed in. Great dealership and a great experience overall.

Dan Zwisler did us a huge favor. We were looking at the Wolf Pup....afterwards, he suggested that we take a look at the VLite....very impressive. Dan is good at interacting with people and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for just after talking to him for a bit.

Jason was very transparent with us from the moment we started asking questions. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find us a perfect fit for our small business needs. He helped educate us on some of the basics of why trailers were designed the way they were. Explained what we could do for additions to the trailer, gave us the name of who to contact at the Longmont location to ask about parts/services. Overall, Jason made sure that we were being taken care of to the fullest. Two slide cables broke, and one became so jammed I couldn't get it out to replace it. I called every dealer/repair service near us in Montrose, CO to no avail. Everyone was booked solid for weeks. I had to find help or cancel a preplanned one-month RV trip. Ugh!
I asked a dealership who they would recommend? They suggested I call Casey at Trailer Source, INC. When I called, a human being answered the phone promptly. So far so good! When I explained my situation to Casey, with compassion and understanding in his voice, Casey told me he would get me back on the road and fix the issue quickly. Wow! I immediately drove two hours from Montrose to Grand Junction.
Casey and the service team have years of experience working on RVs. They got the jammed cable removed, replaced both cables, and inspected/adjusted all the cables on three slides. Our RV was ready to roll out the next day, at a fair and reasonable cost.
The staff went out of their way to greet my wife and me when we arrived to pick up our camper. They were so polite and helpful. I would rate Trailer Source with 10 stars if I could. Many thanks to Casey, and the team for saving our RV trip. - Roger from Montrose, CO

I have used Trailer Source's Service Department in the past and have been disappointed. But that has all changed. They now deliver as promised and their level of competence is very good. Feb 4th I found an add on Craigslist for a 2013 Keystone Premier 31BHPR. I came down to take a look and met with Jim. I hate dealerships and typically buy from single owners and had just met with a single owner earlier in the week, but this one really surprised me! Jim was not the high pressure salesman I feared; In fact, he was quite the opposite and very helpful even after hours waiting for me to finish my walk through on a Friday of all things. Excellent service and care for his customer! From start to finish this store did an amazing job from the manager down to the parts department manager. They were pleasant to work with and will certainly be referred to friends in the military looking to buy. I must highlight Nate, the fella helping walk me through the trailer during the delivery process. Not only was he customer-oriented, he was highly knowledgeable!! He was a big help, even waiting on me to write down notes. The next morning as my family got away to try out the camper, I needed a question answered about the water pump, and Nate jumped in to answer it for me. I recommend someone acknowledge Nate and Jim for their amazing customer service. I will certainly remain a customer and continue coming back for parts and service! Great service! The awning on our RV that we purchased out of state fell off going down I-25 so we were in need of warranty work. We took our RV to Trailer Source and we couldn't be happier. It's as if we just dropped it off and then picked it up 10 days later and it was 100% repaired.....because that's exactly what happened! No hassle. With an 800+ mile trip a week away, I came into TS looking for a specific weight distribution/sway hitch for me 20' enclosed race trailer. The sales staff helped me to understand the pros and cons of what was available and I selected a unit. The price was a very good value, the install was perfect and the instructions on how to hook-up and disconnect the hitch (as well as general maintenance) were very helpful.
On my way out of town (on the aforementioned 800+ mile trip), I stopped by to get some help with a brake controller I was having a difficult time hooking into the vehicle wiring harness. Mario (Head of the service department) quickly resolved the issue and sent me on my way (no charge). Next up is installing a shore line and electrical in the trailer. I wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. Great prices, very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff - what else do you need. - Stephen

I live in Alaska and through the internet found a used Roadtrek camper van they had for sale. From my first phone call to them through coming to Colorado Springs to pick up the vehicle, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. The salesman Stick took my deposit to hold it over the phone and kept the vehicle for me until I could fly down, in spite of other offers he received in the meantime. He kept in contact with me in regards to scheduling and I even received a call from Bob, the general manager, making sure everything was going along. When I arrived, Stick greeted me and then Nate took me on a very comprehensive orientation of all the van's equipment, including a test drive. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be finished, Bob came out and visited, making certain I was completely satisfied. All in all, everyone I had contact with was friendly, courteous and completely honest with me. This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. - Ann
Trailer Source is new in Colorado Springs and is located on Sinton Road where Dee's RV use to be. A couple of years ago I bought a Buggy Hauler from Trailer Source in Denver and have been been very happy with the purchase and now very glad to see the company in our town. I was in the Sinton Road store a few day ago to buy some parts for my travel trailer and found the staff, as in Denver, to be very helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly hospitable. Trailer Source, in my opinion, is what every company should strive for in terms of Customer Service and was noticeable in every employee that assisted me. - Jerry

We are rookies...'first time' trailer purchasers...we went BIG...a 42' Winnebago Destination 5th wheel. Our salesman, Brian Woods was such a GREAT resource, patient with us, generous with his time and knew when to back away and give us time to think/talk among ourselves. He even helped us with what vehicle and hitch we would need....as I said...we were total rookies.We had a few issues with the new 2016 Winnebago....just like you can have with a new car off the lot. As 1st time 5th wheel purchasers, we did get frustrated at times, but the employees helped us through the issues and resolve things. The local CO Springs service department was persistent and always nice to us and accommodating. When we met General Service Manager David Baldini, who comes down twice a week from their Denver locations, we were blown away with this man's true understanding of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". He TRULY gave us an honest perspective of how to approach and handle 5th wheel life AND proved to be a miracle worker in resolving a few remaining issues. - Jeff

Discovering a serious hail damage problem I was unaware of, handling the claim directly with USAA insurance, returning a damaged part to the manufacturer rather than treating it as cosmetic issue and installing it anyway, discovering and repairing a broken weld on the steps which although repaired by another facility has been a continuing problem, and providing a solution to carrying both cargo and bicycles on the back of our 5th wheel demonstrates your knowledge, honesty, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service. I could not be happier with you all personally and Trailer Source. You are now my source for parts, service, and technical support, and should I look for a new trailer in the future, my first and probably only stop will be you. Trailer Source did an excellent job on a massive restoration of a rotten floor, as well as tearing apart and completely re-sealing the camper's entire front cap where water had been leaking in long before we ever bought it. Dennis (the service tech) clearly put a lot of careful time and attention into making this 1997 toy hauler look as new again as possible. We are very pleased with the quality of work, the unexpected extras they did to go the extra mile while completing our very long list of repairs and the proactive willingness to try and keep the cost as reasonable as possible for such a large amount of work. We will absolutely recommend Trailer Source to our fellow campers, and will not hesitate to use them again should the need ever arise. - Jhon
